Jacquie Stilley has over a decade of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer at the Division 1 level. Her specialty is injury prevention and optimizing clients performance by using innovative recovery techniques. Jacquie is determined to keep her clients reaching their goals by avoiding road blocks such as fatigue, muscle imbalance, and overuse. She takes an individuals needs and body into consideration with each recovery resolution. With a thirst for knowledge and continued education on recovery Jacquie completed her Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University. Jacquie has been involved in competitive athletics her whole life and understands the struggles of the ongoing daily grind! She cannot wait to guide you on your restorative journey!
Erik Stilley is a high level lacrosse coach as well as a former NCAA Division 1 National Lacrosse Champion. His whole life has been dedicated to high performance fitness and active recovery. Most of his college career was spent staying ahead of the competition through ice baths, stretching, foam rolling, and healthy nutrition habits. Erik understood that recovery often is the link missing from his players and competitors regimens. His passion is to keep athletes and active people alike striving toward their goals. Erik continues to stay active through his CrossFit community and uses BODY LAB’s tools to stay competitive!
Erik and Jacquie grew up and planted their roots in Medford! Both understand the demand of daily life. From playing in lacrosse and softball tournaments over the long weekends as youths, to competing as Shawnee Renegades, to balancing fitness and a heavy work schedule as adults, to sometimes just waking up feeling sore and heavy from the unknown. There is a solution and WE CAN HELP!

Explain where you are having trouble and our professionals will talk you through what recovery session would provide the best outcome!
